1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PsychicReadingsNetwork.com ("the Site," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Nature of Services

All readings, guidance, and content provided through PsychicReadingsNetwork.com are intended solely for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes. Our advisors are not licensed medical professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, or mental health practitioners. Nothing communicated during a session constitutes professional advice of any kind. Results are not guaranteed. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on a reading are entirely your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase any services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

• Pre-loaded wallet: Sessions are billed from a pre-loaded account balance. Funds must be available before a session begins.
• Per-minute billing: Sessions are billed to the nearest millisecond at the rate displayed before the session starts. The rate is locked at session start and cannot change mid-session.
• All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for completed sessions or dissatisfaction with a reading's content or outcome.
• Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
• Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Session Recording & Transcripts

Chat session transcripts may be stored in encrypted form for up to 90 days for the purpose of dispute resolution and fraud prevention. By initiating a session, you consent to this storage. Transcripts are never shared with third parties except as required by law or to resolve a billing dispute.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate advisors or other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans.
• Use the Site if you are under 18 years of age.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

7. Advisor Conduct

Advisors on this platform are independent contractors, not employees of PsychicReadingsNetwork.com. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any advisor's statements. Advisors are prohibited from making medical diagnoses, providing legal advice, or making specific financial recommendations.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform, its advisors, or other users. Unused wallet balance at the time of termination for cause is forfeited.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY READING OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSYCHICREADINGSNETWORK.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
